1. If an item is on backorder, when will it be shipped out to me?

If you choose to put a piece on backorder it will be shipped out to you once it becomes available, at that time you will be charged shipping charges.  For a full explanation of our backorder policy, please see our shipping page.  

2. If I am needing a special size or color,can I place a special order?

At this time Sexy by Shalon does not accept special orders. The sizes and colors shown are the only options available.

3. Will my information be shared with others? 

 Sexy by Shalon will never share your information with anyone, Sexy by Shalon takes your privacy very seriously. Therefore your information is only used for placing and shipping your order. 

4. What forms of payment do you accept?

Sexy by Shalon currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express,and PayPal.

5. How can I have my packages shipped?

Packages are shipped out in plain packaging, and can be shipped standard 5-10 business days, 2nd day 3-4 business days,and overnight delivery 1-2 business days. All packages being shipped to a Po Box or Millitary base will be shipped via USPS. For shipping prices, please see our shipping page.

6. Can items be returned?

Because of the nature of the product we sell, most of the items we carry are non returnable. Please see our return/exchange policy page for a full explanation of our return policy.
